Life Amazing Education and Social Services Society develops inclusive, accessible and culturally responsive programs that help individuals, families and communities overcome barriers, build skills, strengthen wellbeing and participate more fully in community life.
Our initiatives respond to interconnected challenges affecting employment, economic security, accessibility, education, digital inclusion, settlement, family wellbeing and community participation.
We work alongside community members, service providers, employers, educators and other partners to create practical pathways toward opportunity, belonging and lasting community impact.
Our Program Areas
Our programs recognize that people’s experiences are interconnected. Employment, income, disability, age, migration, digital access, family circumstances and other social factors can combine to create barriers to opportunity and participation.
Through eight interconnected program areas, we provide learning opportunities, community supports, leadership development and pathways that strengthen individual and community capacity.

We support individuals in developing the skills, confidence and knowledge needed to navigate a changing labour market and pursue meaningful employment and economic opportunities. Our work includes career development, employment readiness, workplace skills, digital skills, entrepreneurship, financial capability and workforce education, with particular attention to people experiencing systemic and intersecting barriers. We believe everyone should have equitable opportunities to participate in employment, learning and community life. Life Amazing Society is committed to advancing accessibility and disability inclusion by listening to lived experiences, increasing awareness of accessibility barriers and working collaboratively with community members, employers, service providers and other partners to strengthen inclusive practices. Our approach recognizes that disability can intersect with race, age, gender, immigration experience, income, language and other circumstances, creating different experiences of exclusion and opportunity. Through community engagement, education, research, partnership and capacity building, we seek to contribute to more accessible services, workplaces and communities. Seniors Wellbeing and Active Aging
Connected. Confident. Engaged.
We support older adults in remaining connected, informed, confident and actively engaged in their communities. Our seniors initiatives create opportunities for lifelong learning, digital participation, social connection, leadership, volunteering and intergenerational engagement while addressing challenges such as digital exclusion, social isolation, fraud and barriers to community participation. Preparing Young People to Lead, Innovate and Thrive
We create opportunities for young people to develop leadership, confidence, digital capabilities and future-ready skills while contributing meaningfully to their communities. Our youth initiatives connect leadership development with STEM, career exploration, technology, entrepreneurship, mentorship, civic engagement and volunteer service. Young people are encouraged not only to prepare for the future, but also to recognize their ability to shape it. Amazing Family Circle
Stronger Families. Stronger Communities.
Amazing Family Circle creates supportive spaces where families can learn, connect, strengthen relationships and access resources that promote wellbeing and resilience. We recognize families as important foundations for individual development and community wellbeing. Our activities respond to the realities of diverse families, including newcomers and families navigating social, economic and cultural transitions. Settlement and Newcomer Integration

Starting life in a new country can involve navigating unfamiliar systems, rebuilding professional and social networks and adapting to new workplace and community environments. We support immigrants, refugees and newcomers in strengthening their knowledge, connections and capacity to participate in Canadian social, economic and community life. Our approach recognizes and builds upon the skills, experiences, cultures and strengths newcomers bring to their communities. Women's Empowerment and Community Leadership
Creating Opportunities for Women to Connect, Grow and Lead
We create supportive opportunities for women to strengthen their economic participation, leadership, wellbeing, skills and community connections. Our approach recognizes that women can experience overlapping barriers related to employment, caregiving, migration, income, disability, social isolation and other circumstances. Programs emphasize strengths, agency, supportive relationships and pathways toward greater social and economic participation. Complex community challenges require more than individual interventions. They require listening, collaboration, evidence and the participation of people directly affected by the issues. Life Amazing Society brings together community engagement, education, research, capacity building and partnership development to better understand barriers and explore practical responses.
